Safe-Stor Self Storage is committed to your privacy. Information we obtain from you is kept private. We value you as a customer and will protect your information. We automatically collect and record certain information .  We do not sell or rent this information. 

SECURITY POLICY:

Your payment and personal information is always safe while using our payment systems online.  We use ssl and https: protected pages to insure your information is protected.  This system encrypts all user information, including account numbers and credit card information.

REFUND POLICY: 

Products purchased at any of our facilities have a manufacturer’s warranty and will be honored by our managers in the case of any defective merchandise (locks, keys, etc).  This does not include our guarantee on any storage units, which will be viewed on a case by case basis with the management.

SHIPPING POLICY:  Safe-Stor Self Storage does not ship any merchandise.
